While my website has been around for some time, most of you who will see this post have got here via my Etsy store, also named WhiBearts!
Well, with the new year, came the move to a new country. WhiBeArts has moved from sunny Spain to, currently, snowy Bulgaria! This also means my Etsy store has moved, since Etsy does not allow changes to banking countries.
My new Etsy store is therefore called WhiBeArtsBG!
New moves are always exciting, and in this excitement, I’ve started creating, and listing, a bunch of new patterns! From boleros to evening dresses and even a super glamorous Hollywood inspired boudoir robe, you will be able to find all those patterns, and more, in my new Etsy store and on this website!
The new country and new Etsy store also comes with a new look. Gone is the sterile white background with, admittedly, childish banner, replaced with a soft colour gradient, a better focus on the garment you’ll be making, and a subtler mention of my store name.
Just have a look at the before of my Rapunzel cosplay pattern:
And after:
Much better, don’t you think?
I also want to take the time to make sure my patterns are accessible to even more people, so I’ve started creating more video tutorials, sometimes updating old patterns in the process. The first pattern that got a complete overhaul, with video tutorial to boot, was my Kaname Madoka cosplay pattern.
My next blog post will be about that pattern, going deeper into the details of the pattern and the materials needed to complete it!
Who knows if there will be a new move in the future and a new variation of the WhiBeArts store name!
I hope you all enjoy the new look and, especially, the new patterns!
Until my next pattern and post, happy sewing!
